Sub-user: Can't see submission data.

    Hi,

    Please can you help.  I am a sub user with all permissions.  I can't see the data in the view submissions and therefore I can't export the data into an excel spreadsheet.

    Please can you let me know how to fix this.

    That is because you have enabled "Europe Datacenter" option in you account. I would suggest you to please uncheck "Europe Datacenter" option in your "Account >> Data" page and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
