deleting data from spreadsheet

    Once we extract the information from the jotform spreadsheet, is it okay to delete that to keep from an ongoing running list/spreadsheet?

    To delete data from reports, you need to actually delete that submission. 

    Select your form on My Forms page and then click on Submissions button. Find that entry and click on the X (delete) icon.

    If you need to only remove part of the enty, you can also click on Edit button at the top to edit the submission.
