how can a send an email in html?

    I am not sure what you mean by that.

    If you want to edit the email template of the Autoresponder and Notification emails, see the following help guide:

    You can edit the Source Code of your emails by clicking the Source Code button (<>).

    Hello Mike,

    The email alerts are by default in HTML. This is why when editing your email alert settings, these are within a WYSIWYG editor which you can format the text to your preference. You do not need to code in HTML. You can just create your email alert content like how you edit a document in a Word editor. Then every email alerts sent shall be in HTML.
