How can I set my timezone and change my username?

    I need to set my timezone to pacific. I also want to change my user name if possible.

    You can set your timezone from your account settings.

    Go to: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Here you will find timezone on top.

    You can change it from here.

    Regarding changing your account username, you have to send us three choices of your username and we will change it for you with the best possible one available.

    I would like to change my username to Ultramax, ultramaxcommunications,

    Your account username is now ultramaxcommunications
