Can I fetch data from Google spreadsheet based on a filter or condition , and display that data to the customer on the form.

For example - when a customer enter his email , suppose xyz, then that particular email id will be checked in the spreadsheet and all the occurrence of that email id will be displayed to the customer on the form.

It is not currently possible to populate the form from a Google Docs Spreadsheet.  The closest we have is our spreadsheet to form widget:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

This allows for uploading a spreadsheet to the form and using that spreadsheet to populate the form.  The contents of that spreadsheet would also be shown in the form.

in this spreadsheet widget, suppose I set the first row to have the unique code , and that unique code be the customer email id . At this stage it is possible that there might be more than one occurrence of a email id or you can say the unique code. Therefore will the widget work? And if it works then which record it will fetch if there are more occurrences.

    Thanks

I would recommend only using something that would actually be unique for the unique code field.  I believe the widget grabs the first item in the spreadsheet that matches the code.  If there are multiple matches, only the first match will populate the form.
