Questions about free form and upgrade

Hi,

I just sign up for a free account. I tested the form but the form can no longer allows credit card data to be entered. Is the 1 payment applies to the testing too?

I also was interested in the educational discount but non for profit school but we are unable to make the yearly in advance payment. If I do the monthly, do I still get the discount?

You may test the form normally when the Sandbox mode is enabled and you should be able to submit the form without any issue. If you are receiving live payment, it is limited to one payment for the month.

Yes. The discount is applicable on the plans once the account is approved. You may apply for the discount from the link below:
