How to see which individual submitted form?

Hello - when going to export results of a form, is it possible to pull the individual's email address automatically to show who answered and how they responded? I do not want to have to ask them to type in their email address. I plan to send the link out via email... is there a way to automatically pull that person's email address into the results?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. 

Do you want to include the customer's email address in the submission data which you export? Please note that if you have added email field in form, the exported submission data will include all questions you have in form including email field. 

If you meant to you do not want to add email field in form but want it to be included in exported submission data, unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement. How will you relate which user has submitted the form and it is not possible to populate form fields with data from any external source or previous submission data.
