Encryption: How to decrypt form

    Hi, i have received an encrypted form submission and I dont kniw how to open it up. It seems i had the encrypted option as yes...however i do not rememer any key code...what do i need to do to read this submission? Thank you!

    You will need to find your private key to decrypt the submission. Usually the key is called "jotform.key" and can be found in your "Downloads" folder.

    If you are unable to locate your private key it will be impossible to decrypt the data.

    If you cannot find your private key the only option you have is to disable encryption. This will only affect new submissions from this point in time. Older submissions will remain encrypted. And you will not be able to access them.
