Hello,
I received an email a couple days ago stating that my form has been disabled due to reaching the max transactions of 10 for my free account. Will the form be enabled again on the first of February?

The monthly reset occurs on the first day of each calendar month. The next reset is indeed on February 1st. There is actually a new limit of 1 payment per month for Free accounts.
