One of our requirements will most likely be is data (or even just sensitive PII data) encrypted at rest. I found this article which looks to state that data is stored encrypted at rest: https://www.jotform.com/blog/162-Introducing-Encrypted-Forms-The-Ultimate-in-Online-Form-Security
Can someone just verify that what I am reading is indeed correct and that data will be stored encrypted in a database at rest?

Data is not stored encrypted at rest. It is possible to encrypt form data:
However, I would recommend using caution when doing so. If the key file associated with the encrypted data is lost for any reason, the data would be unrecoverable.
