I have gone through all the steps listed and I am showing connection on both ends, but none of the test tasks I have created are showing up.

It is working fine when I tried it on my form.
But I was able to reproduce this in the cloned version of your form after almost 10 different test submissions. I have escalated this to our developers for further investigation. We will inform you once we have an update.

Hi we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. We're happy to tell you that the problem has been fixed. There was just a conflict with the other fields on your form but it should be okay now. Please try it again and let us know if the problem persist.
@EltonCris could you also try it again? Cloned forms should also be affected with the changes.

I can confirm that this is now fixed after re-integrating the form with Asana.
