Downloading CSV or Excel of encrypted data

Hello, 

I saw this post https://www.jotform.com/answers/619368-Encrypted-Form-Data-remains-encrypted-when-downloaded-on-Excel and I'm needing to download the encrypted data from my form into a CSV or Excel. 

I saw that during 2016 this was impossible and I tried downloading into Excel but the information was still encrypted. I can see the unencrypted information in my Submissions window in Jotform. Please let me know what I can do.
