Not receiving submissions

    Hello JotForm Team,

    We have been enjoying your service over the last few years. We recently created a link to our form so new members could complete it before arriving at our facility. For some reason, those submissions do not show up in our account. We do receive an email with the submission answers, but as I said, they do not show up in our account. Wanted to see if that was standard procedure of if there was a way we could have them directed to our account. Thank you!

    Hi Scott,

    I assumed this is your form that have the issue. I reviewed the form submission data, and I see that there are existing submissions recently.

    User guide: How to Search a Submission from the Submissions Page

    Can you share to us an example submission that you know(via email) but the data does not exist in your form View Submission panel?  We will investigate further once we know more info.
