I get an authentication/authorization failed error after submitting the form

    I am using jotform to sell some products but after one puts their shipping address the form crashes. what can i do to fix this?

    You seem to have figured this out already. I checked and tested the form, and was able to submit it. Here's a screenshot showing the payment page:

    Did you change the payment method to Paypal Standard? It looks like the error is based on another Payment Gateway. Anyways, let us know if the issue persists.
