Sub-user: cannot access shared forms

    I have created a new user on our account. (sfriday@ohiostatehouse.org)  That user received the invite email, but it did not ask them to set up a user name and PW and is not giving them access to shared forms.  

    What is the fix?

    What is the username of the subuser?

    That email was registered with a temporary account. So I have deleted it.

    Please ask your subuser to open a FREE account with email Mhulse@ohiostatehouse.org

    It should automatically connect him to your account as the email is linked. He will see the shared folder in his new account.
