What happens to disabled forms

I would like to know what happens when forms are disabled due to monthly limits being exceeded.

ie what messaging do the people trying to complete the form receive?  A) at the time and b)is there a notification sent telling them they now have access (new month)

are the forms automatically enabled on the first day of the next month - and if so at what time of the day?

Your users will get a message indicating the account is over limit, you will be notified via email when you have reached any of the limits and you will have 24 hours to proceed with the upgrade or wait until the limits reset.

The limits are reset the first day of each month, it's on EST time, there is not specific time, it just happens when the next month starts.

If you have more questions, let us know.

    Hi Kevin_G

thanks for that information - and one last question -  my organisation is based in Australia - so does the reset occur when it becomes the first of the month here, or not until it becomes the 1st of the month in the USA (given we are several hours ahead, this will make a difference to our decisions about waiting to reset or upgrade)

No it will reset based on the first day of month in USA.

Please note that the submission counters are reset on the first day of each month based on EST timings.
