Hi I am having trouble logging in it says it sent me a reset email however, am not receiving it.
Can you assist please?

I checked your email address and found that it landed in our bounce list due to some emails previously being rejected by your mail server.
I have now removed your email from our bounce list and also sent you another password reset instruction email. Please check your inbox or your spam folder for the said email.
