Why can't I locate an active form for editing?

I have several forms in My Forms, but I want to edit one of my active forms used on a website and I can't seem to find it in my list of forms. The embed URL only uses an ID number, but the forms listed in My Forms don't show the ID number. I don't see any form names that look like the one I'm looking for. Is it possible that it's an older form stored on another server or version of JotForm?

How can I find it to edit it?

Your form is still on JotForm v2. We have been using version 3 for a few years now. Please migrate your form to v3 by logging in to the old site: http://v2.jotform.com/

After migration, log in to www.jotform.com then check if the form was transferred succesfully.

Let us know if you're having any issues. Thanks!

Please try to repost your response on this thread, http://www.jotform.com/answers/136765-Why-can-t-I-locate-an-active-form-for-editing because we are unable to see it on our forum.

I was able to log in to V2 and see the form. But I did not see any options for "migrating" to V3. I tried editing the form, and saving it, then logging out of V2 and V3, and re-logging in to V3. But when I got to V3, I don't see it.

Do I have to literally recreate the form in V3 using the editor, or is there a shortcut?

    Hello Scott,

I have tried cloning your V2 form and was able to retrieve most of the form.

Here is a guide on how to clone a form from a URL

BTW the URL for your form is: http://v2.jotform.com/form/11070700366

You may want to clone your form and embed it on your website using one of the methods explained on this guide.  Once you decide which method to use, simply choose the guide from this page.

Please let us know if this helped!
