Can you explain why I have the "type a question" field under the email tab on the settings option. Am I supposed to type in the actual question or should the form self populate it from the Build tab? Other slots are populate while the ones with the "type a question" are not. Hope this makes sense. Screenshot attached. Thanks.

It seems you modified your email Notification template and because of the was not updated automatically when you renamed your form fields.
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to delete your existing email Notification and create a new email Notification. You can do the same with the Autoresponder email.
