I choice you're company for my parents to be able to register their kids for our tennis/golf program that runs year round.  I don't have (or see ) an easy roster (excel, PDF, etc..). that I can create. I hate...hate...excl!!!  I'd rather go to wal-mart than to use excel. Anyways, my point being, I have to create a roster ever couple months for my coaches only needing to use 5-8 things a coach would need to know.  I need a sports roster that super easy to create with:

     Student first and last name

    Parents first and last name

    phone numbers (for pick up)

    both parents email, if available

the excel sheet is way too long (i"m tired of hiding things to make a roster). I recommend you make another option for basic quick information about applicant.  It should be able to fit on an 8x10 piece of paper landscape in one click. Please be able to do this or tell be how to do this without, clicking 50 buttons to do this.  I've clicked create excel, enable, hide this and hide this.  I've unchecked things on your page that pops up, but for some reasons things still appear that dont need to on the excel/roster that I'm trying to create. All I Need is a basic sports roster for coaches to know names, parents names, contact info that will print our on one page.

I have tried creating an Excel Report, and only the fields that I selected are showing in the .xlsx file.

Maybe the field that you don't want to show is the Prefix. Also, the First Name and Last Name of the parents are displayed in separate columns, but that is because you have turned on the Prefix option in the fields of the parent's names.

    You can merge those cells.

How to merge two columns in Excel without losing data

You want to print quite a lot of information on one page. You can set the printing options of the page to FIT WIDTH, but this way the text will be small and hard to read.

I can also suggest you try the Visual Builder and add a Grid list there.

This is the generated report, but I am not sure if it helps.
