Thank you.. i have found the answer to that question... BUT i am trying downgrade my account to BASIC.. when I get the 3 boxes.... DOWNGRADE,, PRESENT,, UPGRADE. click downgrade and it take me to a form with all upgrades... how do I downgrade... ?

Currently you account status is showing that you are Premium. In order to cancel and downgrade you will need to go into your Account Settings (http://www.jotform.com - scroll down to bottom of page where you originally logged in) then go to into your ACCOUNT SETTINGS from there and then click CANCEL. This will cancel your subsciption in our system and then schedule you for a downgrade back to a Free Account in our system.
