Unlimited availability select

Hello, 

I'm trying to set up a form where people can select availability.... it seems that everything I set up makes something appear unavailable once someone selects it.  I'd like it all to remain open and one person's form not impact another.  My preferred look would be to to have Monday through Friday along the top of the table and then weeks down the side and people able to select as many squares as they'd like (no matter what someone else selected) 

Please help! I've set up a couple widgets in a form and nothing works how I'd like it to.  

I suggest you use the Appointment Slots Widget.

Set the days and the availability to {unlimited}. This way each selection is always available.
