Conditional logic not working for Image checkboxes (and normal checkboxes)

    Hi there,

    My form is located at...

    https://www.jotform.com/build/80216993442863

On page 4 I have conditional code that checks to see if the Image checkbox widget result is not equal to certain values, and based on this, elements below are hidden.

This works fine initially (all elements hidden) and when items are checked (the correct elements appear below) but when the items are un-checked, the elements below don't disappear.

Can you let me know how to change this?

Am having the same problem with the normal checkboxes under "Hay" on page 5.

    Regards,

    Clay

I suggest you try a different approach.

    For example,

IF Choose the pasture types your horse grazes on... IS EQUAL to SOMETHING
    SHOW Field Name

So, instead of Hiding the fields if an option is not selected, you Show them if another option is selected.

There is a bug when the field is already hidden and there is a condition to hide it again.

You can also try making the fields visible by default and HIDE them with the conditions.

Let us know if one of these options works for you until this gets fixed.

    Thank you.

OK I have isolated the issue.

The fields underlined in red are ok. But the others should not be selected.

You can see a clone of this working:

Ok, thanks, I have made the fields visible instead of hiding them, and that seems to have fixed the issue.
