Why the form title in my submission email shows the old one?

I copied a form called COPD and renamed it Medinova Merc COPD created a new code and put it on a different website however all the submissions coming through are still using the ttel from the original form I cloned?

You need to change your form title in your Email settings.

Go to Settings->Emails
