Form disappears when I click on Edit Form

When I click on 'Edit Form' the form opens but disappears within a second. The name of the form is: "Clone of Mailsave".

However, the form can be accessed via the 'More' drop down. 

There is no problem with other forms. 'Edit Form' button is working as usual with other forms.

Can you please fix the bug? this is so annoying.

I have cleared the browser cache and also tried with different browser but the result is the same.  

The website has not been published yet. I have to publish the site today, therefore, can you please look into this at your earliest possible time.

I checked your form and cloned it, but I can't seem to replicate the issue,I was able to edit the form.
