I want to set up the following:
[Rating form]
if rating is 1 or 2 -> go to question A
if rating 3, 4 or 5 -> go to question B
At the moment my conditions are not working my rating form. Could you please have a look?

It's possible to do that, I have set up a condition that shows a calculation field based on the selected option on the star rating field and it works, if 3 is selected the calculation shows, otherwise it hides the calculation field and go to the next question.
Please see the example here: https://form.jotform.com/80304050193949
Now, it's only possible to show/hide fields with the conditions, but you cannot automatically skip to certain page.
Here's the guide for the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
I hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. Would be able to share more details on how you set this up?
I tried to set up a Hide/Show condition but it doesnt work.
See attachment of what I've done so far.

I just added a condition like the one you have on your form, the same on your screenshot, I have checked your form and the condition actually works, please note that the field will be either shown or hidden based on the selected option on the scale rating field, but it will not automatically jump to that question.
Here's what I can see on your form, the condition works as expected:
Are not you seeing the same result on your end?
Please let us know, we will wait for your response.
