Is there a way for the submission email to look identical to the forms layout?

    Or at least can the PDF attachment look the same as the form layout?

    Please note that you can edit your form's notification email template and change the look an feel as per your requirement. You can also add your own HTML code as well in email template. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit email template:
