How can I show the Page Elements in the form builder? They are not showing up for me.

Are you looking for the Page Break tool under the Page Elements?

I checked this form and I can verify that it is using the "Single Question in One Page" layout. The Page Break tool is not available in this layout. 

You need to re-create the form and choose the "All Questions in One Page" layout. Here's how:

1. In My Forms page, click the "Create Form" button.

2. After that, choose the "All Questions in One Page" form layout.

3. Continue with the form creation wizard and when you are done, you will be redirected to the Form Builder.
