This just started today. I have been receiving 2 emails for each jotform submission. What is going on?

This is because you have set two Notification emails on that form.
Delete one and you should receive only one email then.
Go to your form SETTINGS, then on the left click EMAILS or just click this link to go to the Form's EMAILS SETTINGS.
