Just got started testing your forms and so far I like what I see. I set up my test form to integrate with a WebHook and this works well - which is important for our use case:
We want to create an event management solution where invitees to our events can sign up and give us various information (name, email, date of arrival, flights details etc - among other Personal Data).
We want the submission data to flow from the form directly into Podio. We will use webhooks to do this, using GlobiFlow to receive data and send it into the right place inside Podio.
This works just fine, BUT: Can I make a setting for my account or per form such that JotForm retains no submission data?
I want to have the data only in one place, Podio. So, after the form submission data is sent to the webhook, I want JotForm servers to not retain any information of the submission. I hope this is possible.
Thank you, Simon

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Auto Delete Submissions" app which instantly delete the submission as soon as it is received. This will ensure that no data is stored on our server.
Hope this helps.
Do try it out and get back to us if you have any trouble.
