PayPal payment foes not have scrollbars

Using the new build system my forms seem to lose their scrollbars in PayPal. I am aware that it is possible to tab through the fields to the bottom of the form but most people don't seem to intuitively do this.

I have a test page set up (see below).

Is there a way to specify the height of the page or scrollbars, etc/

I am unable to find any form on the webpage you provided. Please provide us the exact URL where the form is embedded. 

If the same issue can be replicated with a standalone form, provide us a link of your form.
