Form to get credit card information

I was just wondering if you have a form we could send out to new clients where they can safely and securely enter their credit card information to hold their appointment? We are trying to gey away from asking for that information over the phone fpr security reasons. We would not be charging their cards just storing to hold the appointment to ensure payment.
