I got problem with form preview. Please help.

I have built up a form, but when I preview it not all of the elements of my form appear. I had no trouble when adding the initial items like name, address, etc... but now I am at the end of the form and have added a few yes/no elements. I see them in the build section, but not in the publish or preview. At first I thought it might be that there is a limit to the number of elements allowed on a form, but that doesn't seem to be it either. Any ideas out there?

I have checked your form in both preview and publish mode. I can see the pages are coming along without any issue.

However, I suggest you to use our Dropdown elements instead of Dropdown for Paging. They both are different in terms of functioning.

I also found that you have missing fields under your Condition settings. Please check those also.
