we just received a message that our limit on our free account has been reached and it will be locked on Thursday at noon. However, today is the 31st and Thursday is the 1st, will we still be locked?

We will reset the limits on the Feb 1st, so your forms will not be blocked.
However, please note that the Free plan is limited to the 500 stored entries. The oldest entries are being replaced with the newest ones when you have over 500 submissions. If you would like to be able to store more than 500 submissions you will need to upgrade your account.
