Hi,
I am sorry for I was not able to fully understand what was your inquiry was about. It will help us provide you with the appropriate response and suggestions if you provide us more details about your inquiry.
Please tell us also the form you wanted to reference JotForm.
We will wait for your updated response.

RGEEReplied on January 31, 2018 at 3:43 PMI am currently working on my dissertation research proposal and I would like to know how to reference JotForm in the body of my paper. (i.e., “I will be using JotForm to collect my survey data.”) Do I use just the name or JotForm, Inc., etc.?
I also need to know how to reference it in my bibliography/reference list. (is there an author, publish date, etc.?)
I hope this clears things up.
Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you for the explanation Becky. I believe using "JotForm" is the correct term.
I see it being mostly used even in the JotForm Blog here.
Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
Cheers
