In a form, can I include a field in which I ask for an MP3 file so the respondent (not me) can provide the requested MP3 file? Similar to when I require an a video URL and the respondent includes in the field. Thank you!

Yes, there's a way to allow your visitors upload audio files (mp3's). You are in control of the accepted file types/extensions yourself. This and more were discussed in great detail on the guides I'm linking below.
Give it a spin and let us know if you'd need more help.
On a side note, I noticed that instead of replying to the thread, you always create a new/separate thread. This may lead to confusion due to the number of concurrent threads you have opened with us. We strongly urge you to stick to the thread and reply there for as long as it's about the same topic/question.
