Is there a way to conditionally change the text color on email responses depending on the submitted response?
For example, if you answer and submit a response of "Yes" to a specific question in a form, the text would automatically be changed to red in the email response.

The best way to do this would be to set up multiple different email notifications with the various formatting, then conditionally send those emails based on the selection in the form:

Other than that, it is not possible to have variable conditional formatting for the email.
