We are getting a PCI error when trying to charge a credit card via Authorize Net

    We created a form and put our login info in for Authorize Net and receive a PCI error code when trying to fill it out.

    Is this a form error or an Authorize Net error?

    The decline is most likely coming from the Authorize.Net. I would like to suggest checking the next guide:

    It might be also worth checking the Authorize.Net field settings to make sure that you have specified the correct API Login ID and Transaction Key at JotForm:
