I do not receive notification emails to my email address. Other emails in our office with same domain recieve notification emails, but mine does not.
Email that does not receive notification is also jotform account email address.

From what I can see, the related form has been deleted. I also noticed that you're email address was on our bounce list:
Result: Brian@bamagolf.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'
I have removed it so could you please try to send yourself another Test Email to see if you get it now. If you do not, please let us know so that we can further investigate the problem.
