Not able to edit the Autoresponder email template of the form

my autorespond doesn't work. I explained everything in the screenshot, i will upload with this question. Pleas could you help me. When i got the respond on my mail, the mail is always empty and the editing of the e-mail respond says this:<!-- [if gte mso 9]> <w:LsdException Loc.

Jana,

I was able to see the problem you described on the Autoresponder Email of your form.

To fix, I suggest you create a new Autoresponder Email instead. Click on the + button on top to open the create Email screen.

You can delete the corrupted autoresponder email after you have created a new and working version.
