I have completed my form and published it, but the link is not working. It only goes to an Error Page that says the form is in restore mode.

    I have completed my form and published it, but the link is not working. It only goes to an Error Page that says the form is in restore mode.

    Your account is in a dormant status that's why. I reactivated your account - Please try it again and let us know if you see any issues.
