When I try to log in to my account a message pops up and says "Suspended." My login and password are both correct, what do I do now?

Your account was suspended by our phishing system, the fallowing fields had labels regarding to credit card details, which is not allowed: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
