My form views and submission counters are reset but my embedded form still shows "Form over quota" message.

    Good day,

    My form views and submissions have all been set back to 0 as of this morning on the JotForm site - but on my website I am getting this image (for all the forms)

    I have even deleted the script and re-inserted.  I have cleared my cache.

    The form appears as it should on mobile - but not on desktop/PC.

    Please could you assist.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I have cleared your form cache and that seems to have fixed this issue. Your embedded form is being displayed correctly in your webpage. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please check your embedded form and get back to us if the issue persists.
