I changed my membership from Bronze back to starter yesterday but still got billed today. Did I do something wrong? Can you help me get it corrected? I do not need the Bronze at this time but will again in the Fall.

I have canceled your account on our end and process a refund of the last payment you made. Please wait for 5-7 days for the refund to reflect on your account.
