I changed my membership from Bronze back to starter yesterday but still got billed today.

    Hi,


    I changed my membership from Bronze back to starter yesterday but still got billed today. Did I do something wrong? Can you help me get it corrected? I  do not need the Bronze at this time but will again in the Fall.
