I am currently unable to open attached files. Is this a widespread problem? I seem to be experiencing more and more buggy issues like this with JotForm recently.

I have looked at your submissions and I was able to replicate the same issue on most of your form submissions. I have escalated the issue to our Level2 Support team for further analysis and resolution. We will update you on this thread once the issue is resolve.

We've fixed this issue but the mentioned submission is deleted. It's not possible to restore removed submission files.
