When did the 100 forms limit happen? Also I deleted a bunch of defunct forms to make new ones and it is still not letting me make them. Please help asap.

The form limits got implemented in the last quarter of the year 2016. You can check this blog post for more information: https://www.jotform.com/blog/242-Changes-For-JotForm-Starter-Guest-Plan-Users
I checked your account and you have 291 forms. You can archive the unused forms or you can upgrade to the Gold plan for Unlimited Forms for your account.

I still see several forms in the trash that have not yet been purged and the count is shown as 281/100. Since you have been with us for quite some time, I credited you with an extra 100 forms to say thank you.
It does look like your account would still be a fair bit over limit though. You do not need to delete forms, you can simply archive or disable them. Disabled forms do not count towards the total.
