Upgraded my plan, and started a new month

    Why have my forms been disabled?  I upgraded my plan at the end of January (1/30, this past tuesday) because my limit was met and the forms on our website were showing errors.

    After I upgraded on Tuesday 1/30, the forms were back up and active.  It is 2/1/18 and I was under the impression that regardless of the plan you have, the allotted form submissions will reset each month.  Is this not the case?

    What are my options for enabling my forms?  Again, we upgraded our plan on 1/30/18, things were fine, and now everything has been disabled.

    Please advise.

    I clear the form cache in your account and the form is now shown on your website.
