Can I allow another person to create a sign on for my jotform account?

    If you are referring to double login credentials, that is not possible. 

    Another user can create a new JotForm account and then you can add that account as the sub account user of your account. You can share the forms and submissions with the sub account user. For more details, please check this guide:
