A wizard table to mass update th equestions text / unique name / field ID

In addition to question text and unique names, I'd like to see field IDs. The question text and unique names would be editable, field IDs would not.

This feature would be super helpful especially on forms with many fields where it's very time consuming to manage unique names with the current interface (the pain point is described well by Metro4Rent_William in the above post).

It's also very helpful in keeping track of CSS customizations to be able to see the field IDs alongside the question text and unique names.
