Can JotForm submissions be saved as an attachment?

Is it possible for the form itself to be saved in the Infusionsoft contact record? Not "pairing" of fields, but maybe a pdf of the form itself. 

For the submission,in theory it should be possible but for the form itself it can't be done.

For submissions,

1.) Download your form data in CSV format

2.) Prepare the CSV field for import.

3.) Import it to you infusionsoft account.
